Overall a worst company to work .

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Company don't value their employees. No work life balance, working min of 12 hrs per day from Monday to Saturday and forced to come on Sunday also. Poor management and professionalism.

You get paid for over time. But you have to beg your TL to approve timesheet.

Dislikes

1. Salary doesn't arrive on time. 2. You will be expected to work for 12 hrs a day and on weekdays as well. 3. They fake the results in the report. 4. No canteen.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
