The colleagues were helpful and made me feel like I am in a good company. Just after 2-3 year span of my job, I realized there is no growth and got into saturation whether you consider salary or skills. All the work, you just have to do on your own, no significant process, no growth opportunity, no skillset improvement, nothing. Just a regular salary job. Also, freshers are exploited there, they have to sign 2-3 years of bond, some people have been sued by the company for breaking the bond. Horrible it's not a company it's a trap do not enter otherwise you will be stuck until you bond period is over they work on outdated ancient technologies which are not being used anywhere they will spoil your career. Insane working hours 9 hours a day and they expect you to work 12 hours day. Does not provide work from home even in this pandemic time even if you have cold and cough they will ask you to come to office putting you and your family in danger of catching the virus. This company will treat you like a Kirana shop worker or less. Poor professionalism these guys lie even to there customers they will let a fresher handle a 7-8year experience senior’s post and then harass any fresher for not completing the task. The worst part for freshers is they become prey to their evil management. They will ask you to sign a bond for 3 years with signing upon 2 lakh rupees empty cheque. Never I say never ever sign that cheque. Salary is fine you can manage but the work they throw will especially have you suffer breakdown. As Exceptions are always there here as well some people might be having a good lead or manager such that these guys are happy but the issue is companies management and HR are the main reason for having a pathetic work environment.
