CXC Infotech has been a highly disappointing workplace with extremely poor management and zero career growth opportunities. The company lacks transparency in its processes, and employees are constantly overworked and underpaid without any recognition for their efforts. There is no proper career progression, as promotions and increments are rare, making it a dead-end job for most. The work environment is toxic due to poor leadership, unprofessional behavior, and excessive micromanagement, which creates unnecessary stress. Salary issues are another major concern, with frequent delays and an unreliable appraisal system. Employee concerns are completely ignored by HR and management, leading to a lack of work-life balance. The high attrition rate speaks for itself, as most employees leave within a few months due to dissatisfaction with the company’s policies and culture. Overall, CXC Infotech is not a good place to work, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for stability, growth, or a healthy work environment....Read More
