Good work environment and culture.Teammated are supportive and the management is transparent.There is hygienic cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and management give good salary hike and bonus every year,that CVM never missed bonus for last 10 years....Read More

Company is in highly populated area of KPHB not having Peace of mind and Hitech atmosphere outside.

Work Details

Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no past manager to guide. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to work on multiple roles and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Good Company to work with. I Have worked with CVM for 3.5. Overall very good experience.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow and Compensation is just Ok.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
