The Cvent Learning Portal is a great platform to learn from also the colleagues are supportive to help you in learning new things if you wish to. The parties are no doubt the only catchy and flashy things for the company and you would hear the CEO boast about the same in multiple occassions.

Dislikes

The company as it is known to most of the people doesn't guarantee a job security especially when you are hired in a contractual role. The leadership has especially kept things confined to them and their deisons to have a call upon the budget for the team or individual. Also. Your hard work doesn't come into visibility until and unless the manager decides to reward you with it and henceforth your promotion depends on his call</mark>. Nevertheless being in the company I could say your promotion as well depends on your managers commendation. Also , the AVP of the department may come to a decision whereby they would out of nowhere decide to cut if the budget and hence your compensations and bonus an be stopped at any point! I also understand that Cvent itself has set a reputation, however even if the CEO Mr. Reggie himself guarantees it l, they can really back off according to the financial condition of the company and close their doors right on your face....Read More

You will work with a lot of members who are highly skilled. You will learn a lot. team handling, project management, coping with time-lines etc.

If you join as a contractor, you lose job security. Even if you do the best work the managers and HOD's just don't give a f. You work your best, get appreciation but no job security.
