I used to like the culture and work life balance but since Blackstone acquired it's a living hell.

Dislikes

The work politics are just too bad to survive. The management is sick and does not want someone to grow. The average appraisals after 2 years into the company are below 5% and there's no learning or development happening. The perks are just a pizza in 3-4 months and food that they provide is so bad that even the pigs won't like to eat that.

Nothing. Its a terrible organization that forces employees to work over time and even on their day offs. The entire management throws their weights arround and suppress emoloyees who disaggree with what they say.

The entire management is full of self proclaimed record breakers who believe they are doing a favour to the employees by being their leaders when in reality they are nothing but a bunch of unjust, incompetitive and insensitive hypocrites who just know how to play with numbers in excel.
