Disappointing and Unprofessional Hiring Process at Cvent I recently went through the hiring process at Cvent for the Operations Associate role, and my experience was highly disappointing. I was contacted on February 18th, and the entire process stretched for over a month with long, unnecessary delays. After multiple interview rounds, I was left waiting for weeks for the final interview, with no updates or responses despite repeated follow-ups. Eventually, after 10-12 days of silence, I received a regret email without any explanation. This lack of professionalism and transparency wasted a crucial hiring period (March) for my batch, limiting my chances of securing other opportunities. A company of Cvent’s stature should value candidates' time and communicate effectively rather than leaving them in uncertainty for weeks.
