It has stability in a way that your shifts are not rotational and you get Saturday Sundays off.

You will hear team managers making fun of their team members behind their backs. You will have to sign a bond which means you can't leave them for 30 months. However, if they think you are not able to grasp their product they will not think twice before showing you the door. If you are able to complete the bond and decide to move out there is a list of companies you can't join for 6 months after leaving Cvent. The list is comprehensive and designed in a way to trap 80% of those who want to move out. Promotions and movements used to be easier before but now it is not. It is a rat race, you will be ridiculed, pushed to the limits in the training. I have literally seen people crying because the mentors are so aggresive. For someone who can devote 5-6 years can think about Cvent. If you are not sure then please don't join Cvent, it is nothing what your friends on facebook tells you. Politics is so clear that your Team Leader will jokingly decline your request for a leave if you don't say yes to their demands. Work Details

Work is hectic. They love to say that it is not a call center but it is indeed one glorified call center. Their tool has a lot of limitation which sometimes will result in a dissatisfied client and it is always your fault.
