In This Role, You Will:
Product Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute go to market and lifecycle management product marketing strategy for Cvent's Event Marketing & Management platform
- Define and update the target market, buyer personas, and positioning for the product, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to ensure continued relevancy of product strategy and positioning
- Collaborate with the product management team to align product roadmaps with market demands and ensure successful product launches
Go-to-Market Execution:
- Create and implement go-to-market plans for new product releases, updates, and features
- Develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with target customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing assets, including website content, sales collateral, presentations, and case studies
- Enable the sales team with product training, competitive differentiation, and customer success stories to drive revenue growth
Product Adoption and Customer Insights:
- Monitor market trends, industry dynamics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation
- Gather insights and understand customer needs and pain points
- Partner with the product management team to prioritize product enhancements and new features based on customer feedback and market demand
- Drive customer adoption and engagement through effective product positioning, messaging, and awareness campaigns
