I am somebody who has more than 11+ years of experience in total and have worked with big brands like HCL, Barclays and have submitted the same educational certificates which I submitted with Cvent, however, as per them my documents are FAKE. To join Cvent, I left my job from my last org. where I was working happily for 6+ years. I joined Cvent, they did the BGV post my joining and found after three weeks that I submitted fake documents (Funny it is). Now for the past three months I have been unemployed as I have been trying to find a Good company to join. I was also told by the recruiter initially that it will be Hybrid, but surprise was there. 5 days work from office which means traveling 100+ KM everyday. Post joining Cvent and when we started meeting the employees there (Managers and Sr. manager) we also got to know that our job is not safe there, we can be fired anytime if we do not clear the assessment. Senior manager and director both are toxic. Don’t join analytics team. I got panic attack several times, start taking sleeping medicenes, anexity. worst phase my life is joining cvent.

The management is absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. People with no talent and skills keep on getting opportunities because they mingle with the managers wherein people with skills are not given a chance. The director and managers have no idea what they are doing and lack basic professional skills.

The management is horrible for project management. They have no idea what they are doing. People like Hitesh Sobrajani, Mayank Tiwari and Himanshu Kaushik, Suvarna Dixit has made it a living hell for talented PMs to work there.

Dislikes

Appraisals have gone down and they have reduced their budgets after Blackstone took over. I is still not a big red flag as they give peace of mind and job security with it.
