If you would like to start your career or get some brand name into your profile then yes Cummins is best to start but make sure you get to see all your salary structure properly, check with HR on growth and internal movement before and also about the bonus which they say is your performance bonus, however it’s company performance. Too much frequent changes in leadership which effects new strategies and culture with every now and then. HR is dummy. Never interact with middle or lower management team. Boring work culture. Routine work

Dislikes

The higher management is interested only in 3-4 people with whom the party and are only interested in their favourite people 's development and promotions no matter what they are doing. Good people are getting irritated and i have seen many people leaving the organisation. Higher management siting out of India should connect with employees and take a skip level.
