Culture of Cummins is really good.no any kind of work pressure. Working system is based on tbws.i also worked as ci point leader in tbws. My line manager is really supportive towards me. There is no diversity in between a girl or boy. Safety must be first and then work. Getting a number of meeting towards safety. Cummins is a good work station for girls.

As I neem trainee there is no career growth for me in cummins.

As I working in cummins as a trainee so mainly my work is learning. I operate a cnc lathe machine. That means a production. In a production there is a cycle time of a each product, so quantity of each product depends upon there cycle time also assure
