I love the work culture. There is no pressure and I got many opportunities to learn new things. They encourage me to learn many things and I was given a management role too which would be a great career boost.

Dislikes

There are few politics. People who are ambitious act rude to grab everything. That's a good thing to fight in a market but again it would give a good work environment for a researcher.
