1. No proper training provided. 2. Flexible working hours- which means employees need to be available from morning 6 am till midnight , incase if you fail to attend the call, you'll be having an numerous missed calls. 3. Incomplete work can lead to being denied lunch breaks and even basic biological needs are strictly timed- Which is highly unacceptable 4. There is no positive or supportive work culture 5. First of all , they won't consider you as a employee, they will treat you as a slave. Company CEO is literally a psycho , I never seen a person with such arrogant character and he thinks that no one has brains other than him.

No one will treat you as person, No respect will be given , You have to work like slave , No job assurance, CEO is such a ****** Blackmailing with works, It's totally waste of time in our carrer to join in this company. Even the well experience person's won't stay more than a year in this company.

Only Chennai people can be able to survive in this company. Very partial towards Chennai people. Telugu people can't survive with their partial behavior They have only one client and if the new joiners cannot clear the client round, they will be directly terminated without our concern. After the termination, they will not pay the amount based on how many days you have worked on, they will pay half of it. If you question it they will give unrelated answers. They even order you to work extra hours and on Saturday aswell. Overall, this company,the CEO are very unproffesional and has no workculture, its a waste of time to join in this company....Read More
