I dislike the lack of work-life balance, which often makes it challenging to manage personal and professional responsibilities effectively. There is also an issue where small mistakes, even if not made by me, are blamed on me, which can be frustrating. Additionally, I feel that promotions and responsibilities are sometimes given more based on appearance, with less priority given to male employees, which creates an unfair environment.
