I've been here for almost 2 years, and we have some really passionate and smart people on our team, including our team lead and manager. Their experience and knowledge have been incredibly helpful. Our seniors are always available when we need them and respond quickly. I've always felt comfortable and at ease working here. Its for sure the best place to work.

Whenever needed, you might have to switch between multiple tasks.

If youre starting your career, this place offers great practical experience. I joined right after finishing my studies in software engineering. I wanted a wide exposure to my field, and I found it here. The work process is great; youll definitely enjoy working here.

In my experience at the company, I've observed no unscrupulous behavior everyone has been supportive. The environment discourages micromanagement and office politics, adhering to a proper hierarchy.

Learning opportunities are awesome, but they not providing any KT or help.

There is no any culture. You have to do only pressurised work 10 to 11Hr. There is no such a peaceful work, feeling like we are in market. Everyone is very busy to work because of targets, if target not complete then salary cut there.

Working in CtrlS is a hell. They will pay you your expected CTC to attract you. Once you join them, you will not get proper seating also. It is full of favouritism and biasedness. Here, you will be only doing work which is irrelevant to your experience. Either you will be cleaning others kachra work or you will be doing pending works. I am working here since 3+ years now, and so far it’s been a great experience. The company has built a huge reputation and am glad for the opportunities given. I like the open and friendly work culture. I joined a few months back and everything from my onboarding to training went smoothly. The seniors are very nice, approachable and guide-like mentors. Till now what I have seen, the work-life balance is also perfect. We even get the flexibility to work from home depending on projects.
