Senior leaders behave like tyrant with teams, use abusive language. Managers use regional language during formal meetings. Appraisal takes 2-3 months, filthy process, no transparency. Not an inclusive culture

Working in CtrlS is a hell. They will pay you your expected CTC to attract you. Once you join them, you will not get proper seating also. It is full of favouritism and biasedness. Here, you will be only doing work which is irrelevant to your experience. Either you will be cleaning others kachra work or you will be doing pending works. I like the open and friendly work culture. I joined a few months back and everything from my onboarding to training went smoothly. The seniors are very nice, approachable and guide-like mentors. Till now what I have seen, the work-life balance is also perfect. We even get the flexibility to work from home depending on projects.
