CS Soft Solutions was a reputable and well-known name in the market a few years ago, but not anymore.

Dislikes

There are a lot of issues. The top-level management is poor.The company mostly hires freshers and rerely employs experienced professionals. After completing 2-3 years with the company and the salary reaches around 3.5L, the management often claims poor performance as a reason to terminate employees. Job security is extremely poor. The company was unsuccessful to get regular projects and long-term project. Most of the project usually last 1 month. No foucs on skill development. learning for the team as well as at the individual levels. The company is terrible in every way; it feels like a jail for employees. There is no work curture. Just go sit and complete your working hours. Team lead comes to the office at 12 o'clock, assigns the task to 12:30, and says to complete them the same day before leaving for home.
