The people there are very friendly and helpful. The team gives enough time to get adjusted to the new environment for a new comer.

There are some people who are working from many years they take advantage of their positions and torture the juniors . Few managers consider female employees as useless and keep insulting them in meetings by one or the other way. CSG should filter such people and make their work environment a positive one.
