I joined Capgemini under crown solutions and this is the worst decision ever. They will just cheat and keep your money and they do not communicate with the employees.. poor communication and they will not give you the double either. You will not get your salary on time. Even after chasing them you will not get your money.

They not provide you relieving and experience letter at you release time.. to spoil you future with this company….! The f** k company I ever working ..! I was working with TCS as a third party resource from Crown Solutions. I have worked for 1.5 Years. They never credited salary on time. This is the ONLY reason I have left the job. They will not even answer your calls. If you are having regular bills, EMI then please don't join this organization
