I joined Capgemini under crown solutions and this is the worst decision ever. They will just cheat and keep your money and they do not communicate with the employees.. poor communication and they will not give you the double either. You will not get your salary on time. Even after chasing them you will not get your money.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
