Worest decision was to join this organisation. They will play with your future and alot of politics internationally got this infor from.an internal source. The Senior managers are worest there. No pf paid for last 2 years yet.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I cannot express how to delighted I am with the service provide by crown solution .They truly exceeded all my expectation. The level of technical knowledge their staff possesses is remarkable. Their proactive approach to problem solving and attention to details was truly commendable.

Their HR department and their policies. No one seems to be responsible enough to reply employee queries or calls or emails. If you are sending them some email. They will never reply you.
