The best thing is this Company is growing, setting up new branches at different places, getting equipped with upgraded machineries, turnover increasing , recruiting new employees which is a sign of a good organization to work for. If a Company is growing it is quite evident that their employees will also grow. Here at Crown anyone can get recognized by their work and ability to get work done. Here no one shout behind you about the work but it will be your own responsibility to complete it. One will get appreciation and rewards if perform well. No extended hours of work without pay like some other companies. ( If you need to stay back you will be paid OT for that). Perks and incentives for whole team can be seen sometimes. During summer Glucon D, Lassi, AAm Panna, Nimbu pani, Bel sarbat throughout the day. Tea provided. 2 Cold water dispenser, Wide open Parking. Tiffin for OT employees provided. Subsidized canteen where you can get unlimited rice plate at Rs. 20 only Hence Overall the Company look after their employees. Regarding job security, Many of them are working here for years. Dislikes

Paid leaves are very necessary to complete few personal works, family meet up, functions etc. but its missing here. If any off day taken salary gets deducted which affects your monthly expenses which truly aches. Leaves taken for Health issues are not exempted. No Employee engagement, no celebration, no treats, Saturday full day work

There is no off day except Sunday, sometimes they are called for work in Sunday also. The salary deducted system is very bad ( if three days if late , they will deduct one day's full salary.

Likes

1. Initially, learning opp, but don't prefer for long term. 2. Better than other factory culture, decent behaviour with employees but sometimes management will frustrate you by giving non-realted task, also not thinking about interests of employees, only work matters.

Dislikes

1.Didn't provide any kind of leave, if you are absent, that day's salary will be deducted. 2. 10 hours duty. 3. Labour work culture, 4. Need to devote over time, which is usual in this organization, every data entry is urgent here, 5. Poor work life balance 6. HR policies are worst. 7. No independent thinking, you will remain PA of management. 8. No hierarchy.

From salary to work culture to office environment to senior's behaviour entire thing is a mess.
