I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with my experience at Crossover. This Organization lacks a clear product or service roadmap, leading to confusion among the team. It is not a employee friendly environment ; top performers can suddenly find themselves on the exit list. Leadership team have a scheduled monthly meeting to decide who should be part of their next termination program (they have program as "pay to quit"), fostering a culture of fear rather than support. The Leadership team provides little or no advice and operates in a dictatorial manner. CxO team cannot be trusted as they have often and have repeatedly demonstrated to falter on the promises made during all hands meet , further eroding employee confidence . Employee are at constant risk if being fired. Average tenure of contractor (there are no employees as such) in crossover is about 6 to 9 months. It's very risky place to work, you have one engineering manager who is half baked non technical BOSS whose task to grind you, constant threats of loosing job and many people are just fired for silly reasons if they have no client to assign.

High risk of getting kicked out any time by your manager. No transparency nor vision.. , management only expects us to work like machines and no respect for employees. Very demotivating environment.

1. There software track your each and every activity, which means you literally need to spend 8 hrs, this seems easy in theory only, practically you do a lot of other things at the same time and usually produce an output of 4-6 hrs a day effectively. Now, to complete 8 hrs, practically, be ready to sit and work for 12 hrs approx. 2.Too much tracking, if you accidentally open an another website (other than their work), manager will grind you for that. 3. NO JOB SECURITY. They can fire you anytime whenever they want. They have work for their clients, its completely contracting, you have work, you get paid. No work no pay simple. 4. They use JIRA for project tracking, you have to resolve 5 tickets per week and each ticket has a lot of work to do.
