CRONJ has been a door to new world that is growing and changing so fast around us in every aspect. I have joined CronJ 8months back and was amazed with the cool working environment and flexible working hours. Wfh option is also available for all the developers.

Canteen is small here but I feel it's fine for relaxation purpose atleast we get free tea cofee and snacks atleast.

Working in CronJ is a good opportunity. Pros include job security, employee benefits like healthcare, professional and skill development assistance and friendly culture. Work culture treats everyone equally irrespective of age or position. Work-life balance is great here. Excellent opportunities for skill development and career growth. I have personally experienced a lot of developing opportunities at CronJ. Firstly, I have experienced practical implementation of advanced technologies like AI and Data Analytics. Secondly, we have got the benefit of working from home during the entire pandemic which shows their concern for us. Thirdly, I got really good guidance from my seniors and help in each step where I reached a dead end. Good thing about cronj is that they have a great team of developers to work with and learn new things. The culture is relaxed, respects individual and believes in personal freedom.

The work pressure is very high which i think works fine for anyone who wanted to emerge as a developer.
