When I first started at work, everything seemed great, but as time went on, it just got worse.

The company has its upsides, but the management really doesn't seem to care about their employees. No matter how long you work there, you won't get any appreciation or respect. The yearly salary increases are pretty disappointing only around Rs 500 to Rs 1000. Promotions feel like a joke; I've been there for five years and I’m qualified for a promotion, but they still haven't given me a chance. That's why I decided to leave. As an apprentice, it's important to receive advance notice about the end date to plan for future opportunities. However, I was informed on my last day at 4 PM and had to complete everything by 6 PM, leaving very little time to wrap up documents and other tasks.

Priyanshi HR she is not taking fair decision she is doing smoking and drinking with some staffs she is biased and I was in east of kailash store every staff is taking brand staff sales in their employee ID ADM knows everything specially home team and communication category their is no brand staff in computer category but adm forcing them please put your sales in brand ID for cover brand penetrations specially shalu gupta he is taking comission for customer he is dealer...Read More
