Company policy are good in company, warehouse structure also in good manner.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Company still use manual process in many parameters like :- Pine-Lab Validation, IQC Check in RVP, WMS system still missing in company, IT support in operation very less.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
