The team mates are generally good. High job security. The domestic ratings division provided good exposure however extreme pressure makes people move out soon. The outsourcing division provides limited growth opportunities as it depends on the onshore analysts. Hence it does not make sense to stay beyond a lead Analyst position unless you want to be moving to the managerial line totally. Is a company to retire from provided they take care of long serving employees in terms of compensation and benefits. In current market scenario a resource switching job every 3 year gets a hike of 30%. So, the CTC doubles every 5 year considering normal increment and one switch. Whereas the resources who stays for continuous 5/10/15years develops huge difference in CTC unless taken care of year on year by the employers.
