The team mates are generally good. High job security. The domestic ratings division provided good exposure however extreme pressure makes people move out soon. The outsourcing division provides limited growth opportunities as it depends on the onshore analysts. Hence it does not make sense to stay beyond a lead Analyst position unless you want to be moving to the managerial line totally.
