Clients are good, gained a lot of knowledge from the company.

We worked on field in covid times as well, promised to pay for the conveyance, then after january when we wanted the conveyance they backed off and did not pay, company policy was work from home but the upper level employees forced us to be in the field. Lot of policies and very low salary.

No life only work. Saturday is off as per crisil and all written policies but we worked all 6 days as told by the upper level employees.

Good incentive if you able to earn it in the mean time otherwise they will fire once they get field work done by you and you make their company awareness in that region.

No job security, low salary package with no travelling allowance, no promotion, pathetic company culture.

I dont know from where to start but There is not even a single word is fake in this review. Best company ever I have worked with . Support of managers and top management are excellent. Excellent incentive. Very decent work life balance. You can not get this kind of work life balance in sales jobs. Very friendly environment. Job security depends upon your performance. Every morning concall at 8 :30 am to discuss your day plan because no body has to go to office daily. Ultimate work pressure. Now the main part . Now rating industry is not at their best also competition is very high internally and externally. Internally means competition from our own teammates. Externally means other companies in our industry. Because of this getting business becomes very tough. That's why sales is not very easy here now . I need to meet 5 to people daily. The people whom I am meeting is either CFO , ca , director or promoter of the company or bank managers , credit managers ,relationship managers etc. Visiting banks for lead generation and meeting corporate for closer.
