Dont go by its brand name.
The company has over the last two years seen a trend of downfall in terms of culture , processes, quality of people employed and various other factors that one thinks of when looking at the evp of the organization. There have been many sudden exits some even overnight at a management level within the company for e.g. the CHRO, CRO , legal head ,President of their business verticals,SD Consulting.
Many senior members in GR&RS vertical have been asked to leave silently.
It's a hugely hierarchical company and job security is no more a concept one can be sure of.
They have created a mogul empire culture where two heads are hired within a vertical and it's for them to fight it off and win the throne like a few business verticals.
Poor quality members in the bargain are hired at senior level like Hr and so many other teams.
Dont go by the one or two line reviews you see on Glassdoor , those are given by new comers who are asked to do so....Read More
