1. Good and advanced tech stack with some amazing projects. 2. Great colleagues. 3. Bus pick up and drop service for Mumbai location. 4. Good employee well being policies like 5 day work week, occasional wellness day off, etc.

1. Every task is on priority and unrealistic deadlines are set hence work life balance goes for a toss all the time. 2. Pulling resources from one project and assigning into another can be managed better, as there is no proper KT given to new people in team. 3. Low increment and promotion chances as favouritism & nepotism prevails in Corporate Technology in GBA. 3. Average base compensation to freshers....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
