I left the organization before pandemic

Crescendo terminated me and asked me to work till 19th. I was OK but I wanted my documents like salary slip and form 16 and relieving letter which they did not provide me. I worked with them for 6 months and did not receive my salary slip for a single month and top of that management promised me to allow me to put down my paper instead of termination but they did not let me do that. I received my termination when I was in sick leave. I provided my hospital bills next day but I received an email back dated from HR that I m terminated. Management does not fulfill their promises and full of liars. They do not have any rights to ruin someone's career and this is what they do with everyone and you can ask any of their present or past employees...Read More

I have been working for this company from the ground level and I can say with certainty that if you want to work towards your own international growth then this is the company for you. No other company allows and sponsors your international travel at least once in 2 months. Well Crescendo Worldwide does that.

Dislikes

Crass culture. sychophancy rules while merit suffers. Miserable managers and management practices. You never know when you will be terminated citing petty excuses. Management is vengeful and may reward you with termination at appropriate time. No learning and growth opportunities. It's basically a mockery on the name 'organization'.
