firstly will give you assurances that you have the job and then will ask you to leave the company will give you fake commitments been a girl ask me to do night sift and in the starting days while hiring said will give the cab till your home at late shifts and then denied easily fake and forud seniors no management nothing was fine and good.

During that the interview HR ensured that there will 5 working days in the company, after joining the company i found it's not 5 working it's 5 working days here which is a complete fault

Toxic work culture. Few uneducated are ruling the company. They are working there for 15-20 years. They don't have single skill to get a new job thats why they are here. Only 1 skill they have that's shouting. Hr seems like receptionist. She dont have any info or power to take your side. She will take your side on call. In front ofthe management she become a gadhi and behave like the same. If you don't have any self respect or huge tolerance level then you can survive otherwise not.
