1. Growth is for only who will stay till midnight, Normal logout guys will be treated like waste. 2. if you are not willing to stay till midnight, they will ask you to report to midnight stay guy who is fresher. 3. So if you have 20 years experience also, you have to report to fresher guy, saying star performer because of his mid night work hours performance. 4. Better if someone make them to understand, performing in official business hours is always a correct process, instead of mid night works. 5. Tamilians will be highly taken cared & enjoyed. 6. You have to be very midnight work alholic to survive here. 7. Every 3 months teams places/work/knowledge will be moved/changed 8.
