They hire people with great skill sets to be market relevant, however they do not have jobs or positions matching the skill sets, which leads to job dissatisfaction and eventually attrition.The co. does not invest in digitalisation or AI and is behind in the race with its competitors with age old theories and the leadership team is not open to new ideas and suggestions.

LPO (intellectual property) work is different from BPO. Requires eye for detail and much more attention. Unfortunately, management (from BPO) didn't understand this and that actually caused dissatisfaction.
