A reputable company with plenty of career opportunities. The work environment is quite pleasant. The people working around are extremely supportive and are great to work along. They provide the best facilities for their employees.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer I gained lots of knowledge about manual testing, or at most mannual + automation techniques. This company will support you in every aspect. Employees are recognised and are rewarded for their outstanding work. Overall nice company.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
