Politics. Free Lunch but very average. Forcing people to like post of CEO ESOP. Its a fake. No One is honoured a single stock

CEO is great super awesome. He thinks he is most smartest Jack on planet earth. TO be frank he acts like a Montessori kid. Please read reviews about him before you join there. I was converted to a FTE. I was given stocks and CEO talks likes its most smartest company and competing big giants. To be frank i felt all the Products theybuild is by interns and its just college projects. The company just survives on a client from SEA. THIS IS A SERVICES COMPANY. They had to shut down two products when one of the business was pulled back. There was a Cricket college project. The only person playing was the CEO. He get so exited on foolish stuffs and keeps running like headless chicken. He has zero empathy to employee. Whole company makes fun of him.The CTO is much smart he make the CEO the culprit and blames him for his actions. Do not fall for the ESOP trap.its not even worth anything.None of the employees have got since the CEO picks a fight. This company culture is so poor. A pure services company trying to market as product. There is nothing in product. all very mediocre un selling products. They have been trying to sell since last few years. I felt unless the CEO keeps his mouth sealed nothing is going to work there....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
