The Company is not supporting although they would say that you are a family. When the critical situation comes they would choke you out. Eventhough if we are to have 3 months notice period they would be leaving you immediately.

The company is money minded though there are different departments. Especially, when you have to work for almost 10 to 11 hours a day though the company regulations say about 8 hours is the working time. They are not many requirements and they will ask us to take profile by sitting average to about 10 hours. Alternate saturdays you will be working upto 5'o clock. Work pressure will be more.
