The Company is not supporting although they would say that you are a family. When the critical situation comes they would choke you out. Eventhough if we are to have 3 months notice period they would be leaving you immediately.

Especially, when you have to work for almost 10 to 11 hours a day though the company regulations say about 8 hours is the working time.
