Work life is good with a great learning curve but when it comes to work life balance, the experience is not very good. With regards to compensation, it is quite low compared to market standards.

Roles, responsibilities and expectations are finely explained for comfort in bringing out best results. I am optimistic about the exposure to AI driven projects and also about working in analytic space. Management appreciates work excellence.

Due to project timelines, work pressure can be felt. But, that’s normal, once you get used to the work cycle, you won’t feel this way.

Get to regularly identify areas for improvement and implement practical solutions for team productivity. We work in sync to deliver high quality results and see if there is any need to adjust strategies or workflows according to demand. I am satisfied working here and am improving much.

Everyone here is very cooperative, and there’s no jealousy or grudges. We work together as one team towards a shared company vision. I learn something new every day and am gaining practical industry knowledge. People are approachable, it’s easier to exchange ideas, and a good rapport develops among employees.

Internal misunderstandings happen, and there is a possibility, but I try my best to stay away. No major issue
