Serving as TL has allowed me to dive deeper and represent my team. It is a responsible job and owing to the support from the senior leadership, I an able to deliver in full capacity. Newer challenges keep coming, and it is an opportunity for me to polish and enhance my abilities. Scope is nice and I can see further growth prospects.

Employees can work independently without micromanagement, and there are plenty of chances to learn. The company also offers valuable exposure to some of the wolrd;s largest companies through meaningful projects. Besides, I receive a good salary here, and it;s always paid on time.

Due to project timelines, work pressure can be felt. But, that’s normal, once you get used to the work cycle, you won’t feel this way.

Everyone here is very cooperative, and there’s no jealousy or grudges. We work together as one team towards a shared company vision. I learn something new every day and am gaining practical industry knowledge. People are approachable, it’s easier to exchange ideas, and a good rapport develops among employees.

After on boding not got much chance for client round and company told to give resign and i contact multiple to my reporting manager and other also but not assign any project so in short period i was again searching for job. There is not job security there and buddy are also not supporting also there.
