I like the fact that they focus on performance appreciation through awards and recognition. It is an integral part of the work culture. Those at higher positions are of understanding nature and mix with us. Management extends help and support when needed.

As a female employee of this company, I have felt empowered due to the kind of opportunities which have come my way. The dedicated WOW forum is where our voice is heard. It feels safe and secure. A diverse and non-partial culture can be seen. The male counterparts show a caring attitude towards us. Definitely a happening workplace.

Salary is not as issue for the deserving. My recent hike was as per the expectations. There is a competitive referral program which helps us to refer our acquaintance for the right position. There is a provision of Comp-off when you work on any holiday for example. Then there is night shift allowance if you are in night shift for the work purpose. Group medical insurance and personal accident cover is given.
