Zero Work life balance, targeting people on the basis of genuine complaints and throwing them out of the company, pressurizing employees to do work even if there's no client work for billable hours, toxicity spread through misinformation about employees of the team by other employees, No counsellor who can cater to employees mental health, no inclusion of people with learning disabilities or any mental health issues...Read More
