This company has given me everything. After joining here, my career got settled and has moved forward. Colleagues are good to work with and there is cooperation between the employees. Team work occurs in the proper way. Employee specific approach can be seen. HR is good at handling situations & amp; at tackling the employee problems.

In my opinion, I find, this is a good place for both new and experienced people. Talking about my job satisfaction, I do tasks that I really like and that too with creative insight. You will gain knowledge in your domain, and your hard work will be acknowledged by the management. Awards and recognitions are given to those who deserve them. Also, it's a productive and enjoyable place to work with supportive management and a flexible environment. They also organize fun activities.

Serving as TL has allowed me to dive deeper and represent my team. It is a responsible job and owing to the support from the senior leadership, I an able to deliver in full capacity. Newer challenges keep coming, and it is an opportunity for me to polish and enhance my abilities. Scope is nice and I can see further growth prospects.

The company is rapidly gaining prominence in the Analytics & AI sector. Within the company, there's the "Circle of Excellence" program that is conducted to reward and recognize those performing outstandingly in their responsibilities-through quarterly, semi-annual, and annual rewards. Nice place to work.

Occasionally, I have to handle unexpected work emergencies, which is something I dislike because it disrupts my ongoing tasks.

Likes

Employees can work independently without micromanagement, and there are plenty of chances to learn. The company also offers valuable exposure to some of the wolrd;s largest companies through meaningful projects. Besides, I receive a good salary here, and it;s always paid on time.

"Course5 Cares" represents CSR initiative in which we get to volunteer and participate, it's not made compulsory, only interested ones can get in. Other than this, ESOPs and long-term incentives are given to those who are consistent in giving their best in their work performance, though these isn't applicable to everyone. Also, we here a WOW forum for women employees.

The project I work on here are both engaging and provide valuable experience. Since I joined this company, I had the opportunity to learn and develop multiple skills, thanks to the career pathing accelerate growth program for employees. It;s a genuine place to have a solid and successful career!

The team culture is great, and the managers genuinely care and provide continuous support. The work environment is dynamic, and there are fun activities outside of work that promote employee engagement and strengthen team relations.

I like the fact that they focus on performance appreciation through awards and recognition. It is an integral part of the work culture. Those at higher positions are of understanding nature and mix with us. Management extends help and support when needed.
