It is like government job. One who doesn't like new technology and innovation, like to stay in legacy technology.its good place for them.

Dislikes

Especially Nepal office is not good in management side. There are old executive having pride of superiority and doesn't give damn to new emoyees. They have legacy group of near and dear, and everything stays within them. Company pay scale is decade old system, can not retain employees as market have gone high. Nepal leader don't have leadership skills and are now puppet of India.

Like the way trainings are held, like how people are treated. Work pressure is based on supervisors but, targets are achievable. Quality is the most important concern
