I have a very bad experience twice. On the first visit they have mentioned that hiring only for 2 years experience you have 7 years and pkg we only offer 6 max, come next time. I went today for the interview last round the hr asking me every possible question regarding the quality analysis and some scenario based questions. In the last she told that again the same thing which they already told me previous interview 2months before. It's really pathetic management which is not justified for employees. There is no value for experience people untill and unless they not get tagged as a team leader but the situation of boo and kpo is going worst and wost ... cognizant many projects got ram down due to that they lay off the people. HR recruiters not given a clear feedback giving any nonsense, unjustified reason. People waiting since morning till evening. In first screening round if they take one on one with candidate it will be easy to us as a candidate the evaluation method after waiting 10 hours you get the same answer every time which is totally unjustified. Offshore team is leading by a savage manager with poor communication in English.He is lacking the ability to manage people's and last year he became sr.manager from a sr.tech lead. Savage guy who doesn't believe in automation and scripts. This place doesn’t value hard work and dedication. People r busy in politics and less work🥹. M from Maharashtra but people in Hyderabad will still use there own language in the team discussions🙂‍↕️. They will not welcome u at all. My 3 other colleagues from north had same issue. They just wanna grow in south seems like. Worst piece was micromanaging.

Cotiviti is a good company but has lot of politics in which you will anyway get involved. Cotiviti in US has a very good company culture but Cotiviti India there is not a very good culture, managers are like owners here and they rule in whatever way they want
