Pethatic company to work woth no job security users are getting fired at regular basis without proper reason. Management is full of idiotic people . Dont ever join this organisation wherever its branches are located in the country. They have hold down the appraisal and laying employees off.Be aware this is a fake organisation with fake promises. Full of politcs and pethatic management

So many things to dislike. Firstly the terrible food they serve, no improvement plans for candidates. No career-oriented. Have a lot of Hierarchy like- Jr Analyst, Analyst, Sr Analyst, SME 1, SME 2, ATL, TL Sr Tl. Manager take pahuchne ke liye 10 saal nikal jayengay. The most important thing is management is at Mohali so for Noida people many times it's observed that you guys are ignored over Mohali people in terms of Inventory/ opportunities.
