learned valuable technical skills and gained insight into corporate politics and favoritism, which often overshadowed my merit।

Recognition,Favoritism,Divisive Culture।
my concerns regarding the behavior of my managers- Ritesh Saxena and Daya Kaushik, which I believe constitutes mental harassment and misconduct.Blatant favoritism shown towards Daya by Ritesh, who portrays Daya as a top performer despite the lack of genuine results. Both Ritesh and Daya present themselves as the pivotal figures ("karta dharta") of the project, suggesting that the project runs solely because of them, which is misleading and demotivating.
Additionally, the top management has not taken these concerns seriously, further exacerbating the situation. A sudden, unannounced interview about the project with Daya could expose the false narrative and reveal the true contributions of the team members.
THAT'S IS REASON FOR MAXIMUM RESIGNATION!!
Management's lack of transparency and equitable recognition fostered a divisive workplace culture. The hardest part was maintaining motivation in the face of stagnation, bias, and lack of support from management.
