This company has the worst work culture i've ever seen. It's like a school you have to deposit your phone in the morning and can't eat anything except during lunchtimes. Even during lunch, you have to sit at your desk. The office is very tiny & conjusted & the HR is very gossipy. They withhold salaries if you take leave and don't even provide incentives. In the daily morning meeting they mentally harrass and toture you & if you haven't found atleast 4cv's in a day than you have to work extra hours.Fix morning office timings if you are late salary will be deducted. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
