India office employees are very good and supportive. They will give high package on selection. Take it to get hike and move on.

Zero Job Security: If you disagree with your US team manager than you will be on PIP from the same week even though you have served organization for more than 3 years. They will share unachievable or uncontrollable aspects in PIP and time frame for PIP would range from 7-21 days only. How can you change complete team performance injust 7-14 days?
