There used to be a few team outings for the respective team. Depending team to team some Managers are good and support you to learn new things but equally push you a bit as well.

Dislikes

No Job security, Can hire and fire anytime. Not a branded company so perks of a branded company will not be available. Long hours depending on team to team.
